- This Privacy Notice explains how workinsights.online collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.
- We act as a processor for customer workforce data and a controller for account, billing, and product analytics.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, authentication logs.
- Workforce telemetry: device identifiers, activity status, app/website usage metadata, time events, and (if enabled) screenshots.
- Product analytics: feature usage, performance metrics, and crash/diagnostic logs.
- Billing: subscription plan, payment metadata handled by our payment processor.
How we use data
- Provide and secure the service, including authentication, permissions, and audit trails.
- Deliver productivity analytics, alerts, and AI summaries when configured.
- Improve reliability and user experience through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
AI & automated processing
- AI insights operate on your telemetry data; outputs are suggestions for human review.
- Do not input sensitive personal data into prompts unless allowed by your policies.
- We monitor models for abuse and quality; prompts/outputs may be logged for security and improvement.
Sharing & subprocessors
- We share data with vetted infrastructure, analytics, email, and support providers under data protection terms.
- We do not sell personal data. International transfers follow contractual safeguards where required.
Retention & deletion
- You control retention windows for telemetry and screenshots; defaults apply if not configured.
- Account and billing records may be retained as required for compliance or legitimate interests.
- Upon termination or deletion requests, we delete or de-identify data subject to legal holds.
Security
- Encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logs, and environment hardening are standard.
- Access to production data is limited and logged. Report incidents to support@areyouworking.com.
Your choices
- Admins can configure roles, retention, screenshot policies, and alerting.
- End users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under local laws.
- Opt-out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
