  • By accessing, registering for, or using the software application, platform, website, APIs, dashboards, analytics tools, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Nature and Limitations of the Service (AI-Specific)

  • The Service provides algorithmic, statistical, predictive, and/or AI-generated outputs including insights, analyses, forecasts, recommendations, alerts, and reports ("Outputs").
  • Outputs are inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or outdated.

3. Absolute No-Reliance Acknowledgement

  • You agree not to rely on the Service or Outputs as the sole basis for decisions. All use is at your own risk.

4. User Inputs and Data Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data you provide.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Total aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim. All indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages are excluded.

7. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify WORKINSIGHTS.ONLINE PTE. LTD. from all claims arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

  • Access may be suspended or terminated at any time.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
